Company Settings in the Admin Portal is where administrators configure everything about a company — from basic information and security to branding, MDM environments, and AI access. Changes here apply across all TADA applications for that company.

How to Access
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Companies Settings.
- Select the company you want to configure.
- Use the tabs at the top of the modal to navigate between settings.
To delete multiple companies or folders at once: use the checkboxes in the companies or folders list to select items, then click Delete All in the toolbar that appears.
Information
Basic company profile details.

Domains
Manage the email domains associated with this company. Users whose email addresses match a registered domain are automatically associated with the company on sign-up.
Security

| Enable App Level Customization for Admin | Allows company admins to override platform-level appearance and configuration settings at the app level |
| Can Manage Other Companies | Grants this company the ability to provision and manage other companies — use with caution, this is a master-admin level permission |
| Enable TADA Mobile App | Enables or disables mobile app access for all users in this company |
| Company Admins | Add or remove users who have administrator access to this company's settings in the Admin Portal |
Cookie Consent
Configure how cookie consent is handled for users in this company. By default, TADA's built-in cookie consent dialog is used. A custom provider can be enabled if your organization uses a third-party consent platform.

When a custom provider is selected, provider-specific configuration fields appear (script path, company ID, domain script, etc.). A Test Mode toggle is available to validate the configuration before going live.
Theme & Appearance
Controls the visual identity of all TADA applications for this company. See Theming & Company Branding for full details on how these settings flow into TADA Studio and Launcher apps.

MDM
Configure Master Data Management environments for this company. Two environments can be provisioned independently:

Each environment requires a Storage Provider (SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and a pre-registered Data Server. Once provisioned, the environment ID and creation details are recorded and cannot be changed without re-provisioning.

| Messenger Pop-out | Enables the messenger chat panel to pop out as a floating window within TADA applications |
Note: Enabling a feature here toggles its UI visibility. It does not replace any required publish or feature setup steps.
AI Settings
Controls AI feature access for users in this company. Most settings (Enabled, All Users, Model Tiers, License count) are configured by TADA and are read-only for company administrators. Administrators can manage the Allowed Users list.
