PDF Export adds a download button to your app that generates a branded PDF of the current view. It is a toggle in the Inspector on specific layout components — not a standalone palette component.

Where to Find This Setting
PDF Export is available on two layout components:
- Summary Detail Layout
- Full Width Dashboard Layout
- Click one of these layout components on the canvas to select it.
- Open the Inspector (right panel).
- Find the Header section.
Enabling PDF Export
Toggle Show PDF Export to on. A PDF export button appears in the layout's header in the published app.
What the PDF Contains
- A branded header with your company logo and app name (from Theming settings)
- Tables with their current data and active filters applied
- Charts captured as images at their current state
- A branded footer with page numbers and generation date
